Meet the CEO

Shawn Ashman is the CEO and owner of The Art of Motivation Inc.. Shawn is an Artist and Coach and ICT Consultant. She holds a Masters in Management Information System and a Bachelors of Business Administration with over 20+ years of corporate experiences. She held the position of Director of Information Technology for over 15 years and is a certified thought leader and coach.

Her source of motivation stems from a profound longing to encourage individuals to embark on a journey of self-discovery and revel in the freedom of expressing their authentic selves to the world.

Her artistic objective is to craft and disseminate works that serve as a reflection of my own life on canvas, conveying messages of inspiration and encouragement to those who engage with her art. Through her creations, she aspires to foster a connection that resonates with the viewers, inviting them to explore their authenticity and celebrate the beauty of personal expression.

Shawn has combined her passion for art with her corporate knowledge, to provide unique art-based workshops to help organizations to build creative and motivated teams and provide edutainment using art.
