A Word from Your Instructor

With over 20 years of experience as an ICT professional and more than 12 years as an artist and CEO of The Art of Motivation Inc. Limited, I have successfully managed results-driven teams and projects against all odds. Throughout my career, I have implemented projects of national impact across various government arms and the private sector.

After leaving my job in 2021 to become a full-time artist and entrepreneur, I navigated significant changes to run an art-based creative business and provided change management support as a business consultant. I am mentally tough, highly driven, and possess deep insights into strategic leadership, team dynamics, and creative solutions.
