As a supporter of mental health and well-being initiatives for students, I believe that Draw it Out is an incredible programme that can make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people.

The power of art in helping individuals express and process their emotions cannot be overstated, and I am impressed with the level of support and guidance that Draw it Out provides to students through their experienced School Counsellors, art mentor/coach and Psychological First Aide (PSA) and project Psychologist.

By donating to this programme, we can help ensure that students have access to a safe space where they can explore their thoughts and feelings, build important coping mechanisms, and develop resilience.
